  • What is ROSHN real estate?

    ROSHN has a national scope, and therefore its projects are spread throughout the Kingdom. Our flagship community SEDRA, in northern Riyadh, and the ALAROUS project in northern Jeddah, are the first steps in our plan to bring fully integrated communities to nine cities across four regions: Riyadh, Makkah, The Eastern Province, and Asir.

  • Are there registration requirements in the ROSHN neighborhoods?

    Applicants are invited to register their interest in becoming part of the ROSHN community, and can do so by following the instructions on this link.
  • Does registration guarantee a reservation for a housing unit?

    Registration is the first step toward reserving a housing unit but does not guarantee a reservation. For more information on how to become a part of the ROSHN community, follow this link or contact the sales team on 920022288
  • What is the priority to schedule a sales suite appointment?

    Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, dependent on the date of the applicant’s registration. A member of the sales team will then contact the applicant to confirm their interest and arrange a viewing.
  • Are you permitted to visit the ROSHN sales suite without an appointment?

    Visiting the ROSHN sales centre requires a confirmed registration and an official appointment. This can easily be arranged through our website - please follow this link
  • Are there multiple sales centres for ROSHN projects?

    At this stage there is one sales centre, located here. We are planning to open more in the future.
  • Is it possible to access financial support from the Ministry of Housing or the National Real Estate Development Fund when buying a ROSHN home?

    All eligible Saudi citizens can apply for financial support from relevant government housing programs.
  • Are there different models of housing units?

  • Is it possible to resell a ROSHN unit after purchasing it?

    Once a person has the required deeds to become the registered owner of a ROSHN home.
  • Can I buy more than one property?

    ROSHN policy allows for just one property per customer.
