    The residential units offered for sale are Villas, Duplexes, Townhouses and apartments of different sizes.
  • What are the units prices and areas?

    The areas range, and the prices vary according to the unit. You can get more details during your visit to the Sales Center or the website.
  • Are fees paid by the customer from the first year?

    As ROSHN strives to provide the best services and benefits to the customer, the fees for the first two years will be borne by ROSHN.
  • When will the untis be ready for occupation?

    Units will become ready according to the date stipulated in the unit sale contract.
  • What are the available purchase methods for owing a residential unit from ROSHN?

    You can buy in cash or through real estate mortgage from approved entities.
  • Do you have agreements with financing entities?

    ROSHN has agreements with all financing entities that offer off-plan sale product in the form of (Tawarruq / Murabaha).
