ROSHN Group, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest real estate developers and PIF-owned giga-project, has concluded the ROSHN Supply Chain Forum, which saw 800+ local and international supply chain leaders gather to explore opportunities for collaboration with ROSHN in transforming Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector. The Forum witnessed the signing of eight new partnerships, symbolizing ROSHN Group's commitment to advancing Saudi Vision 2030 and boosting quality of life. In a further showcase of collaboration that defines the Group’s endeavours, representatives from Saudi Arabian PARSONS, China Harbour, SAPAC, AE Seven, and BCC were reognised celebrating the excellence they have delivered across ROSHN Group’s developments.

The eight agreements signed at the Forum create frameworks for collaboration across supply chains, manufacturing, licensing, and training to enhance ROSHN’s development of innovative, integrated, and sustainable real estate projects while contributing to Saudi Vision 2030 goals of economic diversification and attracting foreign direct investment:

  • ROSHN and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (MIM) will collaborate on establishing market intelligence and knowledge exchange; facilitating the issuance of industrial licenses for ROSHN's manufacturing facilities and real estate projects; and capitalizing on the National Center for Industrial and Mining Information’s intelligence and databases.
  • ROSHN and the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) have agreed to align on prequalification requirements and processes for contractors, alongside aligning SCA’s private sector classification system with ROSHN’s requirements to optimize the contractor selection process.
  • ROSHN and Partanna have agreed to collaborate on a state-of-the-art carbon-negative concrete facility in Saudi Arabia using Partanna’s innovative CO2 absorbing concrete. Partanna is the pioneer of the world’s most nature-positive concrete, made without Portland cement.
  • ROSHN and Pure.Tech have signed an agreement to explore a partnership opportunity for sustainable construction solutions, including the manufacturing and utilisation of Pure.Tech’s CO2 absorbing additives in ROSHN's projects and other developments across KSA. Pure.Tech’s additive product can be used in varied construction materials, textiles, and polymers to reduce primary greenhouse gases in our atmosphere.
