ROSHN Group, a Public Investment Fund company and Saudi Arabia’s leading real estate developer, has announced the signing of eight contracts worth a total of SAR 8 billion as part of its drive to bring industry-leading facilities to its new communities across the Kingdom. The agreements will see ROSHN Group work with leading names in the industry to develop the infrastructure, housing units, schools, and plant nurseries that, together with a range of other retail, entertainment and sports facilites, enrich the lives of ROSHN residents and raise the bar for real estate development in Saudi Arabia.

The contracts were signed at a ceremony held during the Public Investment Fund’s Private Sector Forum that took place in Riyadh from 14-15 March, with ROSHN Group represented by its Group Chief Development Officer, Oussama Kabbani.

“The pace of work at ROSHN’s project encourages us to partner with the private sector to achieve our goals, this type of partnerships is core to what we do at ROSHN, as we are mandated to uplift the industry and raise the bar in the real estate sector by providing new modes of living that contribute to raising the quality of life in Saudi and VISION 2030 goals,” said Kabbani.

As a result of the recently signed contracts, ROSHN Group will work with a wide array of domestic and international construction and real estate companies, including China Harbour Engineering Company, Shapoojri Pallonji & Company, Ansab General Contracting Company, Tatweer Building Company, CITISCAPE Group, Al Kifah Pre-cast Company, Haif Company, and ABR for Contracting.
