Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 25 November 2022: ROSHN, Saudi Arabia’s national real estate developer, took home three major prizes across this year’s prestigious Construction Week KSA 2022 Awards and Construction Week Middle East 2022 Awards, after being short-listed for ten.

In addition to winning ‘Developer of the Year’ for its significant contributions to helping transform the Kingdom’s residential sector in line with Vision 2030, ROSHN CEO David Grover was named ‘Real Estate Icon of the Year’ at the prestigious ceremony held on November 9th in Riyadh. At the Middle East Awards held in Dubai, ROSHN picked up ‘Residential Project of the Year’ for SEDRA, following the huge success of its flagship development.

At the KSA Awards, ROSHN gained recognition with the title of ‘Highly Commended Female Leader of the Year’, for Group Chief Marketing Officer Ghada Alrumayan, and was shortlisted for ‘Health and Safety Initiative of the Year’. At the Middle East Awards, ROSHN was awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the category ‘CSR Initiative of the Year’ for the YUHYEEK Zahra Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign during which ROSHN partnered with the Zahra Association to run a nation-wide awareness and support campaign throughout the month of October.

The Construction Week KSA Awards celebrates the leading contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors responsible for the ongoing giga projects and landmark developments that make the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia among the most exciting countries in the world for construction development. An independent jury of judges reviewed the shortlisted developers against several criteria and announced the winners at an awards ceremony held on November 9, 2022. The Construction Week Middle East Awards recognise the best and brightest from across the region, with its own independent jury of judges announcing the winners on November 24, 2022.
