Welcome to HIMAM - Enabling, enhancing and empowering the next generation of Saudi leaders
ROSHN Group’s HIMAM initiative is a leadership development program crafted to enable, enhance, and empower the next generation of leaders to be ready and able to thrive in the ambitious global economy of Saudi Arabia. HIMAM is an opportunity for participants to gain invaluable life and career skills. Working alongside experts and leaders within ROSHN, participants will also contribute their own perspectives, insights and ideas to a PIF-backed giga-project and Saudi Arabia's leading real-estate developer. Himam graduates join a diverse, nearly 30% female, and internationally awarded ‘Best Place to Work;’ one where around 70% of the employees are Saudi citizens working alongside around 40 other nationalities.
The program’s three phases will allow participants to progressively grow their capabilities while fully focusing their time and energy on key skills during each phase:
- Competitive salaries
- Annual performance bonus
- Medical insurance for both the trainee and their parents
Selected Himam graduates will also have the opportunity to join ROSHN’s Youth Committee, giving these rising stars regular opportunities to discuss their aspirations, share their ideas, and offer their unique perspectives to ROSHN’s executive leadership. By working alongside ROSHN’s upper, middle, and administrative teams, Himam participants are on a fast-track to invaluable personal and professional experiences that will ignite their careers.
