ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset class real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has concluded the inaugural ROSHNEXT Innovation Summit which convened more than 300 influential leaders from the technology and real estate domains, including key policymakers, academic figures, developers, investors, and innovators.
The event featured networking opportunities and three dedicated panel discussions with ROSHN Group leaders and industry experts, covering topics of technology and the next generation of real estate, commercialization of bold ideas, and collaboration for a smarter future. Sessions were designed to encourage the formation of vital strategic partnerships and to catalyze new technologies and innovative approaches into tangible business opportunities that drive shared value across the industry.
A central feature of the summit was the final judging for the third edition of the Visionaries competition. Designed to transform ambitious concepts into viable, real-world ventures, this edition of Visionaries saw a strong increase in participation, with 140 submissions including more than 50% from external participants. Before the teams made their final pitches, the Visionaries program included comprehensive training for the top 40 teams with workshops and development opportunities leading up to the final event. During the Summit, a grand total of more than SAR 1 million in prizes were awarded to nine total winning teams across the competition's three tracks – Venture Builder for ROSHN Group employees; and the Incubator Program in collaboration with Dhahran Techno Valley, and the Accelerator program in collaboration with Wa’ed by Aramco, both for external participants.
