ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset class real estate developer and a PIF company, has achieved a number of international standards related to customer satisfaction. The granting of the two International Standards Organization (ISO) certifications – ISO 10003 and ISO 10004 to ROSHN in addition to 9001,10001 and 10002 – reflects the company’s commitment to continuous improvement in serving customers and meeting their needs throughout the Kingdom.
Both ISO standards relate to how organizations engage with customers and manage customer-related issues. The ISO 10004 certification provides guidelines for defining and implementing processes to monitor and measure customer satisfaction. ISO 10003 covers how an organization plans, designs, develops, operates, maintains and improves an effective and efficient dispute-resolution process for complaints that have not been resolved by the organization.
ROSHN worked to achieve the two global standards, sharing the company’s processes and validating them according to the guidelines set out by the International Standards Organization. Both standards will contribute to ROSHN’s sustainability metrics, including Sustainable Development Goals 8, 9, 10, and 12 for decent work and economic growth, industry, innovation and infrastructure, reduced inequalities, and responsible consumption and production.
