ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset class real estate developer and a PIF Company, and THIQAH, a leader in the Kingdom’s technology sector, have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore ways to digitize notarization services and the issuing of title deeds for ROSHN’s customers. The aim is to make the home buying process as quick, convenient and as safe as possible for anyone looking to buy a home in ROSHN’s communities throughout the Kingdom.

Over the coming months, ROSHN and THIQAH will collaborate to governmental bodies to explore the design of digital tools and applications that can then be rolled out to ROSHN’s customers nationwide. By transforming the process from physical to digital, customers will be able to complete their notarization services and receive their title deeds in a fraction of the time it used to take.
