ROSHN Launches “Return” to Support Females in Having a Smooth Transition Back into the Workforce
ROSHN Group, a PIF Giga project and the leading national real estate developer, launched its training programme “ReTurn” dedicated to helping females challenged with the work-life balance which resulted in them having career breaks, to support them in having a smooth transition back into the workforce.
ROSHN launched its “ReTurn” programme on Wednesday 8 March, coinciding with International Women's Day, at ROSHN’s headquarters in Riyadh. The initiative aims to support one of Saudi Vision 2030's goals of increasing the percentage of females in the workforce to 50% by 2030, in addition to supporting local talent through various contributions.
"ReTurn initiative is considered the first of its kind in the Kingdom to support females in rejoining the workforce, and we at ROSHN Group are working to dedicate the capabilities and resources to support it. And it is the beginning of a series of qualitative initiatives to support raising the percentage of females in the workforce by 2030 as part of the Saudi Vision initiatives." Said Nasreen Aldossary, the Chief Human Resources Officer at ROSHN Group.
Launching such initiatives is part of the company's commitment to enhancing the quality of life and creating vibrant urban communities across the Kingdom's regions. Through the humanisation of cities, the creation of pedestrian-friendly streets, green spaces, and retail facilities in addition to hospitals, medical centres, mosques, and sports facilities, "ROSHN" hopes to strengthen the urban fabric and promote a unique and healthy lifestyle.
