Ghada Othman Alrumayan, Group Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of Saudi Arabia’s leading real estate developer ROSHN, was selected among the region’s 50 Inspiring Female Business Leaders in 2022 by Arabian Business. Each year, Arabian Business profiles 50 influential Arab women who are making an impact in the region.

Alrumayan has more than twenty years of experience in the business world and leads ROSHN’s marketing and communications activities in implementing one of the most ambitious residential real estate projects in the Kingdom. Alrumayan bring to her current position an extensive background in building strategic relationships with the public and private sectors, while enhancing the impact and reputation of organizations.

Alrumayan has implemented multi-faceted media strategies that rely on traditional and digital media channels to raise awareness and increase interest in ROSHN’s new residential communities. ROSHN aims to build sustainable and fulfilling residential communities that contribute to raising the quality of life in the Kingdom and increase home ownership to 70% by 2030, supporting Vision 2030 objectives.

As part of this overall strategy, Alrumayan has successfully utilized key collaborations and partnerships to exhibit the ROSHN brand and showcase the company's impactful messages of community living and sustainability. These partnerships ranged from major international events, such as the first and second Formula 1 Grand Prix races in the Kingdom, and local events such as Riyadh Season and the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Cup's Professional League (SPL). In doing so, Alrumayan led its media and marketing campaigns to produce one of the most dynamic media programs in 2021.

Before her role at ROSHN, Alrumayan built an extensive experience working in several positions, recently served as Senior Vice President of Public Relations at Riyad Bank.

During her career, she has received several awards and certificates of appreciation, including the recent recognition as Media Woman of the Year at the Arabian Business KSA Women Excellence Awards for 2021. Alrumayan holds an Executive Certificate in Sustainable Business Planning and Strategy from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Service from the College of Social Service, in addition to many other qualifications from local and international educational institutions.
