The 'Power 100’ list is Construction Week’s annual ranking of the regional construction sector’s most important and dynamic leaders - and one of the magazine’s most highly anticipated products. This year’s 'Power 100’ identifies the industry’s most influential individuals across a range of subsectors, including contractors, developers, consultants, and designers.

The publication of this year’s Power 100 list follows a stellar year for ROSHN. The company has opened sales at its first development, SEDRA in Riyadh, and has revealed plans for new communities in nine cities across four regions.
