ROSHN Group’s HIMAM initiative is a leadership development program crafted to enable, enhance, and empower the next generation of leaders to be ready and able to thrive in the ambitious global economy of Saudi Arabia. HIMAM is an opportunity for participants to gain invaluable life and career skills. Working alongside experts and leaders within ROSHN, participants will also contribute their own perspectives, insights and ideas to a PIF-backed giga-project and Saudi Arabia's leading real-estate developer. Himam graduates join a diverse, nearly 30% female, and internationally awarded ‘Best Place to Work;’ one where around 70% of the employees are Saudi citizens working alongside around 40 other nationalities.

Program’s Phases

The program’s three phases will allow participants to progressively grow their capabilities while fully focusing their time and energy on key skills during each phase:

Phase One

Practical and academic training designed to give participants insight into ROSHN’s various departments while developing their personal, teamwork, and communication capabilities.

Opportunity_to_grow

Phase Two

A chance to work on projects that require problem-solving and innovation, offering participants the chance to overcome real challenges, discover new abilities, and explore their potential career paths.

Fully_inclusive

Phase Three

On-the-job training offering participants the chance to work alongside senior, middle, and administrative team members at ROSHN, further refining their leadership skills alongside providing real input into ROSHN’s mission.

Our Commitment

HIMAM is part of ROSHN’s commitment to acting as an economic catalyst and job creator enabling Saudi Vision 2030. We support the program with significant annual financial investment while our participating senior, middle, and administrative management teams will provide ongoing support, feedback, and guidance to participants. As our real-estate development projects are building homes and communities for the future, through HIMAM we are also recruiting, training, and promoting talent and potential of the future. By kickstarting and fast-tracking promising careers, we are supporting the development of our Saudi team members and working towards meeting our Saudization commitments.

Application Timeline

Candidates will be notified at each stage of assessment whether they or not they have successfully progressed to the next stage.

  • 5th October – 15th October
    Application Period

    Ensure all your documentation is in order and the information you provide is correct as you will not be able to edit or change it once the application is submitted.

  • 9th October – 16th October
    Online Assessment

    Candidates whose applications met requirements will be invited to undertake an online cognitive ability test to measure their capabilities, capacities, and suitability for the Himam program. We recommend that you:
    • Find a quiet, relaxing location without distractions.
    • Ensure your internet connection is working well and you have access to email
    • Keep your answers clear and concise.

  • 10th October – 23rd October
    Online Interview

    Candidates will be invited to initial personal interviews either in-person or by phone. These are an opportunity for us to get more acquainted with your character, skills, and experience – and a chance for you to ask questions of us.

  • 30th October – 2nd November
    Online Assessment Center

    Candidates will be invited to a group evaluation online assessment center to assess their problem solving and leadership capabilities based on personal tests and simulations of real-life workplace tasks and challenges.

  • 5th November – 23rd November
    Final Review of candidates’ results

    Candidates who finished the assessment center successfully will be reviewed to choose the top candidates for hiring.

  • 27th November
    Program starts

    Successful candidates will join ROSHN and begin their Himam journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Which university majors are suitable for the programs?

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field as specified in “Requirements and eligibility Criteria”.
  • Do I have to be a graduate to apply for the program?

    Yes. Candidates must have fully graduated to apply. If you have not received your graduation certificate before the end of the registration deadline, you may attach your most recent academic record or a statement from your university to complete the application requirements.
  • Is HIMAM a full-time program?

    Yes. Successful candidates join ROSHN as full-time employees and may not have a second job in either the public or private sectors.
  • I have completed the assessment center, but have not yet received a response:

    All candidates will be evaluated as per the assessment results. You should receive an e-mail after the evaluation period.
